Connolly Expansion Joint is unique among expansion joint products currently available. The joints can be used for forming expansion joints in continuous pour applications in addition to conventional end-of-pour situations.
This Expansion Joint gains its strength from a rigid steel backing profile, with the expansion capability provided by closed cell foam adhered to the face of the metal profile.
This system provides a rigid and strong product that produces straight clean lines.
The Expansion Joint is fixed in place with Connolly’s renowned and patented peg and wedge fixing system making installation fast and simple and providing accurate height adjustment. Unlike key joints with foam applied to one side of the product, the Connolly Expansion Joint produces a full depth straight joint.
