Converge Signal Long Range®

Converge Signal Long Range® is a fully embedded concrete maturity monitoring solution designed for large infrastructure, commercial, and civil construction projects. Combining long-range wireless communication with real-time data collection, it enables continuous concrete monitoring of temperature and strength development across expansive sites without the need for manual readings or frequent site visits.

Using embedded concrete maturity sensors and high-accuracy thermal probes, Signal Long Range® transmits data up to 300 metres (1,000 feet) to a Converge Gateway®, providing coverage across up to 29 hectares from a single location. By automating data collection and delivering real-time curing insights, it helps contractors make informed decisions around formwork stripping, post-tensioning, load application, and project scheduling.
