Danterr Plate Dowel Cardles are engineered dowel cradles designed to deliver reliable load transfer and controlled movement at concrete slab contraction joints. The welded-wire cradle maintains accurate alignment of concrete dowels during the pour, helping reduce joint deflection and support consistent slab performance. Each concrete dowel joint incorporates a polypropylene de-bonding sleeve on one side of the plate dowel to allow contraction and lateral movement.
Manufactured from Grade 300 mild steel, Danterr plate dowel systems are available in black or galvanised finishes, with 6 mm or 10 mm thick plate dowels set at 450 mm centres. The range suits slab thicknesses from 125 mm to 250 mm and is used across industrial, commercial, and civil construction. Lightweight yet rigid assemblies support efficient installation and are compatible with Connolly Crack Inducers, delivering dependable performance alongside other concrete dowels used in modern slab construction.
Custom dowel cradle configurations are also available for projects requiring non-standard dowel sizes or specifications.
